Although a place we each see often, you are invited to see Central Shule afresh. Each photograph draws our attention to details that are easily overlooked, whether a play of light across the sanctuary, a quiet architectural detail, or moments of heartfelt prayer that together tell the story of our Shule.

And then there’s the people, the real beauty of Central. Capturing a moment in time at a place we all hold dear and in which we spend so many meaningful moments.

Created as a parting gift before Jonny, Abi and their family made aliyah to Israel, after many years as active and cherished members of the Central Shule family, this collection preserves both individual moments and our collective memory.

It is a beautiful reminder that while people move on, the places, relationships and moments that shape a community continue to leave their mark long after the moment has passed.
