Yizkor memorial booklet
As we prepare for the High Holydays, we are compiling our Yizkor Memorial Booklet, which will be available during our Yizkor Service on Yom Kippur and throughout 5787 whenever Yizkor is recited.
Any name that was featured in last year’s booklet will feature in this year’s booklet. You only need to fill out this form if you would like to add a new name, correct or update an existing entry, or make a memorial donation.
To allow sufficient time for preparation and printing, all additions and changes must be received by Tuesday, 11 August.
