Once this form is received, the Shule Office will acknowledge your application. Membership will be confirmed following approval by the Rabbi and Committee. After approval, you will be able to arrange payment and seat allocation with Jodene in the Shule Office.

Please note: Seat allocations are made in accordance with Central Shule procedures in times of high demand.
