Upon receipt of this form, the Shule Office will acknowledge your application. Membership will be confirmed following approval by the Rabbi and Board. Once approved, you may arrange your Shule seat allocation with Jodene in the Shule office. All information provided will remain strictly confidential and will be used solely for the Shule’s records and communications.
